Leadership is about guiding and supporting others, not dominating. True leaders listen, include others and delegate responsibilities.
For parents, carers and teachers
- The activities in this lesson can either be completed as timed activities or races. Repeating timed activities creates opportunities to recognise how improved cooperation and collaboration within a team can improve the performance and success of a team regardless of the opposition.
